RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return:
We don’t take returns on items sold once.
Size Exchange:
If the customer has any size issue with the product, they need to WhatsApp us at +919904274818 within 10 days** from the date of delivery of the parcel.

No reverse pickup service available; the customer has to self-courier the product to our address.

Shipping charges are borne by the customer.

All purchases made on Sale/Offer or products mentioned as “No Exchange” in the description are non-exchangeable.

Parcel opening video is mandatory.

The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

If it’s a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, we will replace it with the next fastest courier service.

Each product is shipped after three layers of quality check, and the process is recorded for reference.

Still, if there is any issue, we will resolve it for you.
Invalid Reasons (When Exchange is NOT Accepted)

Colour Difference: Up to 10% variation due to screen resolution & lighting.

Material or Colour Dislike: All product details are mentioned; we use the best quality material. Please check the details before placing an order.

Buyer’s Change of Mind:

Orders cannot be cancelled simply because the buyer no longer wants the item.

After submitting an order, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract to purchase all items in that order.

Once an order has been dispatched from Prem Creation, it cannot be cancelled.

Why Is My Order Shipped in Different Packages?
